What Simply Nootropics Needed From Their New Shopify Setup
Simply Nootropics operates in a competitive nootropics ecommerce space where trust, education, and purchase confidence matter just as much as product quality. Their store needed to communicate the value of the brand more clearly while also making it easier for customers to explore products, understand benefits, and purchase with confidence.
The project required more than a visual refresh. The brand needed a stronger Shopify UX/UI redesign, better product discovery, more persuasive merchandising, and a more structured retention system. We approached the store as a full Shopify CRO for supplement brand project — not just a redesign, but a growth-focused rebuild.
Shopify Redesign and Custom Development
We redesigned the storefront to create a cleaner, more premium, and more conversion-oriented experience aligned with the expectations of a modern brain supplement ecommerce brand. The new design focused on stronger hierarchy, improved navigation, better mobile usability, and a clearer path from product discovery to checkout.
From a development perspective, we implemented a more flexible and scalable storefront structure with a focus on:

Personalized Shopping With a Shopify Product Quiz
One of the most valuable additions to the store was a Shopify product quiz designed to help customers choose the right supplements based on their goals and needs.
For a cognitive health supplement store, this is especially important. Many customers are interested in benefits like focus, memory, sleep, stress support, or longevity, but they are not always sure which product is right for them. The quiz created a more guided Shopify personalized shopping experience, reduced decision fatigue, and improved product discovery.
This feature also supported a stronger Shopify quiz funnel and more relevant product recommendations across the store.
Okendo, Recharge, Rebuy, and Klaviyo Integrations
A major part of the project involved implementing the right Shopify app ecosystem to support trust, retention, and average order value growth.
We integrated Okendo to improve social proof and customer confidence through a stronger Shopify reviews setup. For a health and wellness Shopify brand, visible customer validation plays a major role in conversion.
We also implemented Recharge Shopify integration to support subscriptions and recurring orders — a key part of subscription ecommerce on Shopify for supplement brands. This made it easier for customers to subscribe, save, and reorder naturally.
To improve basket value, we implemented Rebuy Shopify integration for smarter upsells and product recommendations. This supported a more effective Shopify upsell and cross-sell strategy across the shopping journey.
On the retention side, we helped establish the foundation for Klaviyo Shopify integration and email marketing automation, supporting stronger post-purchase communication, customer retention, and repeat order potential.
Shopify Localization and Multi-Store Expansion
One of the most strategically important parts of this project was the launch of four localized Shopify stores for different markets: Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and Global.
This was not just a design or content exercise. It required a scalable Shopify multi-store setup and a more structured Shopify international store architecture that could support regional growth more effectively.
For a supplement brand selling across multiple markets, localization matters far beyond language or currency. It affects customer trust, shopping clarity, and the overall buying experience. By creating localized Shopify stores, we helped Simply Nootropics build a stronger foundation for Shopify international expansion and multi-market ecommerce.
