HVISK sells bags, jewelry, and accessories across multiple European markets. Their previous platform struggled with traffic volumes during campaigns. International fulfillment created logistics headaches that consumed staff time. Brand presentation varied inconsistently across different markets.
The brief demanded a platform supporting continued growth. Multi-currency and multi-language capabilities came standard. Integration with existing warehouse management was non-negotiable. Performance had to remain stable regardless of traffic spikes — no excuses.
International Commerce Architecture
Selling across borders introduces complexity at every step. We implemented a market-aware system that adapts the entire experience based on visitor location. Currency displays correctly. Shipping options match available carriers. Payment methods include local preferences.
Tax compliance automation handles VAT calculations accurately. Different rates apply based on product category and destination. The system generates proper documentation for customs. International orders no longer require manual intervention — they just work.
